Our latest cabin type presents itself as a sustainably designed, stylish tiny house. The 9 cabins are deliberately positioned in the complex so that guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings thanks to the 8 metre window front. Further highlights are the light-flooded rain shower and the automatically retractable sauna (only in 6 cabins, for the other 3 cabins without sauna an outdoor sauna can be booked).
To minimise the footprint, the cabins have their own photovoltaic system, an innovative thermal battery storage system and minimal surface sealing thanks to screw foundations.

The special window front not only helps to save energy, but also offers privacy inside the cabin during the day thanks to the mirroring. The window façade has been coated with 9 mm dots in a grid of 9 cm to prevent birds from flying against the lettering.
Dark colour tones radiate a mystical calm. The interior of the cabin is reduced to the essentials and has a sleeping area, bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with bistro table and a retractable sauna or an outdoor sauna that can be booked.
The individual cabins are deliberately positioned so that they offer a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, which can be admired from your own terrace – with sunshine from early in the morning until late in the afternoon.

All houses are equipped with functional kitchens, each with 2 induction hobs, microwave with baking function, fridge and dishwasher. There is no on-site restaurant. Optionally, you can book a rich breakfast in different versions, which will be brought to your cabin in the morning. Shopping for daily needs and restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive away.
There are free parking spaces at the edge of the natural grounds. The grounds themselves are car-free. Paved paths lead to the cabins, which can be easily travelled on with travel equipment. A baggage cart is available if required.
Dogs love the outdoors, and we are happy to welcome them to Neugrad. Both house types can be reserved for stays with dogs. Our pet-friendly houses are specially designated. As dogs are not allowed in the other houses, there is no need for allergy sufferers to have concerns.
Your cabin will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. The comfortable Swiss-Sense beds are fitted with duvets covered with cotton duvet covers. You will find a sufficient number of hand and shower towels in the bathroom for your stay.
